I installed it at work. We'll see if I get Doom rained upon me if my boss finds out that I wanted to live on the cutting edge. :)
Overall, smooth experience. Disabling Unity and getting Cairo dock has been a chore.
There's been some shuffling of lib directories; emacs23.3a won't compile directly with an 'naive' install due to libcr*.o motion. (emacs is my #1 most useful tool, so I local-compile it as a rule)
My Linux laptop at home has an Alps touchpad. It stopped responding in Ocelot, (had been running in Natty). When I tried to adjust its sensitivity, I got a Kernel bug (!?!?!!?!!?!!). Booting with a 2.6 series kernel didn't solve the problem. Am disgusted, going and trying out other distros now.

I run Lubuntu, so I imagine my UX will not be quite so severely changed, but I bookmarked the site just in case.
(Not upgrading until after I come back from trip - I need the laptop in a known-good state till then.)
