I KNOW this is going to sound hokey, but it looks like your router is not giving your box an IP address, and this is causing ubuntu (well, NetworkManager) to decide that the connection is invalid (which is semi-logical for an infrastructure mode connection, sort of). I would seriously consider resetting your router.
