I love the idea of using taskwarrior to keep track of the ToRead stuff. Also am going to take a look at IkiWiki, as I have yet to find a personal wiki type software that I really like to use, and being able to edit from just a text editor really appeals. (Not to mention I use git daily already anyway, so using it for this isn't much more work.)
